If you purchased a product from Dakota Fire Supply and for some reason you need to return it, please contact sales@dakotafiresupply.com for an authorization number.
Items must be returned within 30 days, unused, and in the original packaging.
With receipt: returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment.
Without receipt: returned items without a receipt will be given in-store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order. We also cannot refund shipping to return the item to Dakota Fire Supply.
Dakota Fire Supply honors all manufacturers warranties.
Please remember most manufacturer’s warranties are void if you purposely damage the item, modify the item, or misuse the item. If you believe that your item has a manufacturing defect and you wish to return the item, please contact sales@dakotafiresupply.com for instructions on how to do so.
Dakota Fire Supply primarily uses Federal Express & USPS for shipping. Please note that Federal Express will not deliver to a Post Office Box.
